Far out delivery dates

Limited choices available in Luxury brands. If you make a selection and purchase you discover that delivery dates are at lease 5 days away! And this is in a metropolitan city like Delhi. We can improve I’m sure

Infinite loop issue

After i placed the order , once the payment is received, page refreshes asking for user to rate the app infinitely again and again. It doesn’t stop or refresh and rating popup. I had to force close the app to continue shopping or exploring other products.

Luxurious Packaging

Collections could be updated to include the latest launches from fashion houses. Not many top-end brands are available either. However, they deliver in a great black cardboard box. The downside, they use slow speed couriers that take days to deliver even in Metros.

My order

I will never order from this website. My order was lost and they never responded. I had to send so many emails before someone responded. Be careful!!!

Impressed !!

I must say that am preety much impressed by the packing of the product. You ll find your product in a classy black box that has refreshing flowers in it and a welcome note as well. Great job TataCliq luxury.

No contact phone no

I purchased something but the link not working to return and contact us page not working. Error 404 message. To make it worse, delivery 20 nov. last return to return 29th🤨

Do Not Use

I ordered using this app and it’s been 2 days past the expected delivery date. I know 2 days is not a big deal but not getting update on pre-paid order is. I emailed the costumer support but they did not get back to me even after 24hrs.
