Worst customer Service Ever

Never buy from here they send you waste cloth pieces and keep telling they keep telling that you selected a wrong option while initiating a refund & can’t connect to their manager while 4 customer representatives provide different solutions. This isn’t how I expected one of Tata group operators to work. Very disappointed.

Shopping bag went empty the next day

I was going through a log of stuff and i selected about some 60-70 irems out of this i selected another big number in shopping bag next day it all disappeared. I had to carry out the whole selection process once agqin. Another point to be noted write now i am writting in a white text area where my text appears white too so i am unabke to verify what i have weitten that is another big problem

Worst ever app

The payment had done the same day of order after more den ten days I received the refund message without reason. And I still dint get my refund. If the product is not available why it’s showing in the menu.. a big shame to TataCLiQ Sellers.

Very bad experience

My delivery got delayed by a week and there was absolutely zero support from customer service and after I got the product no one for installation or guidance…

Thankless Tatas

I never expected Tatas could be so ungreatful to the people who saved their lives when they being persecuted. Thankless opportunists best describes you. Now onwards for me no Tanishq and no Tata product.

Too many notifications

The app is probably alright but I keep on getting too many notifications which interrupt my normal usage of the phone.

Unstable app

The app keeps crashing when i try to track an order of high value.
