I have applied size as XxL but still size of s,l,m showing

Unethical and non reliable tech

I bought washing machine and 2 years extended warranty from them . My machine broke and when I tried reaching Tata cliq , I found out that they prematurely cancelled the warranty . The third party warranty provider mentioned that Tata cliq cancelled the same and didn’t pay the premium . After few weeks to and fro Tata cliq denied that our warranty was not valid as it is mot showing gin their systems . The customer service was quite rude and always insist on talking on phone rather than replying on emails .

Unethical business and rude customer service

The family purchased an extended warranty for their washing machine (order #104108111). When I attempted to contact Tata cliq about the same problem, we learned that the warranty had been prematurely cancelled. The third-party warranty vendor said that Tata Cliq discontinued the coverage and failed to pay the premium. Tata Cliq eventually refuted claims that our warranty was invalid because it wasn't showing up in their systems after several weeks of back and forth. The customer support was quite unfriendly and constantly preferred phone conversations to mail.

Not working in Canada

Doesn’t work on my iPhone 12 iOS 14 location Canada Only works on browser. Application throws me an error. Can’t login or open the app.

Disappointed didn’t get app discount as stated

Didn’t get the app discount of FIRSTCLIQ extra 15% max of Rs 200, as was mentioned in their site. Further the TATAcliq flashed 1-5pm additional discount during the sale event 9-12, on 12 th June was unable to trace back. Their application need proper corrections so that the customer can vouch on it.

Awesome experience!

I have ordered a lot of times since the TATA Cliq app launched and I have always had an amazing experience. With so many brands & variety of clothing at one place what else does one need !? I am extremely happy with delivery service as well they call,text & email to keep you up to date with the status of your order. I would recommend everyone to give this this app a try atleast once . Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! :)

Horrible service

By seeing the app TATA I thought that the service will be top of the charts. But after getting my order on Jan 30 till date feb 28 I issue was not sorted out and I don't know how many times I called the representatives and how how many calls I got from the representatives, the representatives doesn't have any co-ordination between them. I told the issue to atleast 5-7 people every time they called me. Seriously don't expect this service form TATA.
