I waited all morning for my order, almost 5 hours. The time came I had to leave home. I called them and told them it’s been way over 4 hours. So they said the driver needs another 30 mins. I said I need to leave so the guy casually says ok, order cancelled. Seriously. No apology. Nothing. It was something I really needed and couldn’t get it myself. This is the second time I order from them and the first time there were items missing from the product. It will be my last order. Save yourself hassle and stay away.

Always late with incorrect items. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

The most ridiculous and appalling service I have had with delivery in my life. Avoid at all cost. I repeat avoid at all cost. My original order arrived 5 hrs late, with two items missing and one wrong item. To correct the order I had to make over 20 calls over the course of 2 days. I was repeatedly lied to. Told order coming in 4hrs, 1hr etc. drivers are fully imcompetent even with repeat clear instructions, they rely on passer Byers to translate english for them. I am frustrated beyond words, tonight I expected order to rectified by 7pm. It finally arrives at 11.30pm! I had to stay yo for it, I have been up since 6am. I cannot express how terrible my experience was. The call centre staff are polite and attempt to be helpful but can't see through their promises.

I haven't received my product yet after paying 2 KD for express delivery (which was supposed to be less than 2 hours). They take too long for delivery's and charge way too much for it too.

هناك مشكلة في التطبيق .. لا يعمل بشكل جيد ولا يحفظ المواد في العربة … أشعر بالإحباط لأني لا أستطيع شراء حاجياتي من تطبيق توصيل.

لدي منتج بلايستيشن لديهم من تاريخ 2024/09/28 وحتى الان لم يتم اصلاحه رغم أنه في فترة الكفالة ( الضمان ) ورغم اتصالي بهم بشكل متكرر وشبه يومي الا انهم يقولون سيتم اصلاحه وحتى اليوم 2024/10/19 لم يتواصل معي أي احد من الادارة رغم طلبي من خدمة العملاء ذلك لا انصح بالتعامل معهم لسوء الخدمة

للأسف ادفع خدمة التوصيل وانتظر توصلون الطلب اكثر من ١٠ ساعات مع العلم أني اتصل فيكم واسأل إذا فيه مجال توصلون خلال ٦ ساعات قبل مااطلب

برنامج سئ ومايردون علي التليفون او الواتساب بس ياخدون فلوس لا انصح به
