Hele slechte update!
Sinds de laatste update is het echt een vreselijk app geworden! Wanneer je een melding krijgt van een nieuwe bezoeker op je website en je klikt daarom dan opent de app in een heel ander scherm dan dat er voorheen in geopend wordt. Ook is de lay-out van de app echt super onoverzichtelijk en het ziet er super onprofessioneel uit! Zeer ontevreden. Kon ik maar terug naar de oude versie van de app!

Having trouble connecting
App is great but it constantly tells me I am not connected to the internet, even when I 100% am.
Good but needs GDPR documentation
App is perfect but to be allowed to use this app in Europe from march 2018, there has to be a GDPR-compliant data processing statement/agreement. Really hope that the developers will make such a document available for European users. For companies there has to be a formal contract or statement. *Please Tawk.to, give me the contact details I need for the necessairy legal documentation
Free bu worthless
Free but worthlessapp mostly doesn't start up. If it starts up it is very user unfriendly. Very small font and bad colour choicesz

Good service. Bad app
Like Tawk.to very much. But the app can't be used sometimes. It locks at the start screen. Doesn't respond to anything. Sometimes it doesn't even start. With iOS8 and 9
