Update ruined browser usability

The recent update has ruined usability on browsers. Used to be intuitive to use but now it’s way to complicated and no longer easy to use.

Too slow & never syncs timely

Since the app got a makeover, it has been frustrating to use. The app doesn’t sync in real time and agents can’t see the most recent chats and tickets. It’s not an issue of internet connection because other apps are working fine. Agents can miss chats because of how slow the app is. Agents also run the risk of creating multiple tickets for the same chat because the app doesn’t update in a timely manner. You have to refresh multiple times, restart the app and wait several minutes before it updates itself accurately and reflect what you see on the browser app. Please, fix it. It’s very frustrating to use. Too slow to be of significant use. The experience is the same across the mobile platforms. My colleagues using androids have the same complaint.

Great Chat Tool that’s free

We downloaded this to our website. We’ve modified the widget chat, personalised our greeting, had live chats and so far it’s working really smoothly. For a small business like ours this is ideal.

Freezing

App just freezes on iOS and locks us out of a chat so if possible we frantically have to run to a computer. This is peoples business you are messing with.

As per several other comments buggy and essentially freezes and won’t allow us to respond to live chat via the phone app .shame as the PC and MAC version seems to work well so far .. think we will move back to Zenchat

App is fairly good but one major flaw

I’ve stuck with tawk.to for over a year. The app works okay when you’re logged in. But the idea of having a chat app on your phone to support your web customers should be that you’re free to go about your business knowing it’s logged in and ready to prompt you when a customer needs help. But tawk.to app sadly doesn’t keep you logged in. And worse it doesn’t let you know when it’s logged you out either. There appears to be some sort of session expiry which means u less you keep loading it regular you won’t know you’re logged out and appearing as offline to customers wanting help. Meaning you could be missing sales on your site without knowing. Wish tawk.to could give this and keep app logged in indefinitely. Then I’d give it 5 stars.

I can’t login in the app any longer

Been trying to login about a week now after I downloaded the app on my new device and it has proven to be a challenge.

Constant updates

Never any new features.. please stop with the constant update pop ups, ever annoying

Very bad app

This app is totaly sh....t. Is not working at all, doesn’t matter if u have a good internet. App store please delete this fake app
