التطبيق سيئ وصعب الاستخدام
لاسف التطبيق جدا سيء لا يظهر البطاقات وغير سهل من ناحية الاستخدام. الرجاء بناء تطبيق عملي وبسيط يساعد العملاء عل الوصول للمعلومات بسهولة.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته كيف أقدر أدخل التطبيق ببصمة الوجة أو الصوت ؟
التطبيق يحتاج تحسينات
التطبيق لا يلبي احتياجات العملاء ومنها التطبيق لا يظهر طلبات الاستعاضة التي تم طلبها ولا تظهر بعد اتمام العملية بأيام. التطبيق وان كان ممتاز فهو لايغني عن التواصل والتحدث مع خدمة العملاء حيث تم ملاحظة انه بالاتصال بهاتف التعاونية يطلب ادخال الاحوال او الجوال وكلاهما يعطيني انه يوجد خطأ ولا أعلم السبب.
