Easy taxi booking in the greater capital area - including Copenhagen City, Copenhagen Airport (CPH), Roskilde, Hillerød and Fredensborg.
With approx. 1,000 cars the average waiting time is 5 minutes in Copenhagen. More than 50% of our fleet are zero-emission electric cars.

>> HOW TO USE THE APP
1) See the expected waiting time:
Open the app – the first thing you will see is the expected waiting time based on your current location.
2) Calculate your price:
Insert a pickup and a destination address to get a fixed price offer instantly. You may then choose whether to book at a fixed price or to drive on meter rates.
3) Choose fixed price or meter rates:
When booking at a fixed price you avoid worrying about unexpected traffic changes, traffic congestion etc. that prolong your ride and thus increase the price. With a fixed price you know the price in advance, no matter the unexpected delays in traffic that may occur.
4) Payment:
We recommend payment from inside the app using a credit card or MobilePay. This enables you to get straight on with your everyday when arriving to your destination, instead of waiting for credit card terminals inside the car. As an alternative, you may also choose to pay inside the car by Apple Pay, Google Pay or with cash.
5) Rate your ride:
Completing your ride, we encourage you to rate your experience with us. Thank you.

All chauffeurs at TAXA 4x35 needs to comply with the corporate service quality standards. That include mandatory day courses with a final exam – a unique requirement among the taxi suppliers in Denmark. Furthermore, all working chauffeurs has to meet the minimum required average customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars. By means of mystery-shopping we are continuously doing sample controls throughout each year.

You download and create an account. You receive a verify account link and when you click on it it opens the app and fails as you have no account. CIRCLE OF HELL

Quick and easy, very convenient

This app is pretty good. We tried to called taxi in different companies, but none of them picked up. But with this app we get taxi in 5 minutes.

Doesn’t work with a foreign number

App is useless if you don’t have a Danish number - receiving error messages when trying to create an account

Can not register!

Could be good, only problem is that it does not allow you to register non danish phone numbers so can not use it. For someone who travels to Denmark every month this would be a great app - huge missed opportunity for this company!

card payments

In order be a proper cab app, it should actually enable card payments, not only offer them

First Time in Copenhagen

App was easy to use. Pay by card or cash in taxi

You have to know exact addresses

Unlike most other taxi apps, you have to put exact pick-up and drop off addresses and it isn’t very good and working out where you are. So if you don’t know where you are and need a taxi, Uber would be a lot better if it hadn’t been banned in Denmark

Ok but doesn’t accept foreign cards?

App works as expected. But I couldn’t register any of my foreign credit or debit cards which turned out to be no big deal as all taxis in cph accept cards. Shame as it meant I have a pocketful of receipts.

Saw better taxi app

Not possible to modify a reservation — need to cancel and re-do Not possible for a taxi driver to prompt a payment through the app if you jump into a taxi on the street Should add car registration number as finding the taxi number on the back is not so convenient

Slick and comprehensive

This a powerful little app that has everything you need to book a taxi, pick your location from a list, pick your destination from a map or by typing it in and it's booked! Messages are sent to your phone via the app at every point during the process so you always know the status, particularly when the taxi arrives.
