Two days in a row no taxi came and late for work, today customer service won’t even answer phone. Completely non-functional crap.
Ils présentent une application « prête à utiliser » mais quand on s’apprête à sélectionner son adresse, cette application ne laisse rien faire. Il semble qu’il faut s’inscrire pour l’utiliser. Je vous suggère donc ne rien montrer aux utilisateurs avant de s’enregistrer. C’est une mauvaise expérience utilisateur, surtout pour ceux qui voulons aider nos conducteurs de taxi.
This is by far the most unreliable app ever, to get 15% off you need to have a receipt of 13$ or more, and what’s amazing is that your driver that’s coming to get you will cancel the order just because the estimated amount of money for the trip would give them under 13$ so they cancel it, twice canceled on me, i thought they needed money since covid is tough on everyone, not cherry pick their clients, PATHETIC
Too long to connect with drivers (I gave up after 10 minutes). Its so frustrating that even though I hate ubers, I gave up.
Tous mes trajets avec vous étaient de 12$ et moins...votre nouvelle règle (non communiquée) de trajets de 13$ ou plus pour avoir le rabais m’amène à supprimer l’app. Salut Uber!
No car available, no estimates, nothing... just a meaningless spinning wheel with no info as if the system is loading. Worthless. Took the subway instead
Take a life to accept the ride but cancel when they’re on the way and take another life to get a taxi and when u call them they said pretend they’re not in the same world I’m over it period get your shh together before making a app !
Forget about getting a cab during rush hour or if you are in a hurry. The app takes so long to match you with a driver, will auto cancel your ride request after a while and it has happened more than once that it will cancel the ride right after matching you with a driver. If you ever need help and need to call in, prepare yourself! Their customer service staff are beyond rude and insulting, I’ve honestly never have experienced such bad service. Such a shame though as the actually drivers are mostly nice and cars are cleaner than most taxis in Montreal.
Takes WAY TOO LONG for a car to accept order. Often up to 20 min. When you specify something drivers never see it because it isn’t clear. The 15% rebate is cool, but much work needs to be done on this app.
