In this day an age,with the pandemia, its risks and eagerness of people to have a cashless service option and the hope for the people using this service, taxis and their owners should enroll in the credit card option for payment, cities all over the world use this service. Exchanging cash and coins in this 2023 is sign of lack of alignment with what the technological world is now.
As a foreign company they entered the local market without government knowledge or ever approaching any taxi drivers. Once operational they want to charge insane fees to the taxi drivers to use the app. While taxi drivers in aruba are bound by governmental regulations this company is not, which can in case of accidents cause issues for those who use this app. In an economy that is already hurting this app will cause more harm then good.
This app sends advertisements as Notifications every couple days when not in use. Which is absurd: you need Notifications on for a taxi app so you can know about your cab. Abuses customer trust and time. I’m deleting it and using a different taxi app from now on.
I have been using this app for about 1 year. Always a problem with this app. I travel from my house to work and back every day. I need to type my addresses in every time because there is no way to save an address. While waiting for the taxi they suddenly disappear and the service is no longer assigned and I need to request another taxi. After 2 taxi drivers show up and of course one is angry and demanding money. I wrote customer support and they are as little help as the app is. Better to just call the taxi service and have them send you a taxi. I loath this app.
I am Colombian visiting Manizales with my husband, yesterday we went all the way to Homecenter in Manizales from the neighborhood Chipre and the taxi meter marked 9,800 pesos. Today, we were going from Chipre to The mall Fundadores and the taxi driver charged us 10,800 pesos. Going to Homecenter is wayyy father than going to the mall. For sure the meter was changed to a higher rate before we arrived to our destination. Don't let yourself fall in this trap, try some other services instead. My husband and I are never going to use this service again. Se aprovechan de los turistas como nosotros!!! Esto es muy TRISTE!!!
Los taxistas de Pereira Colombian hacen mal uso de la plataforma, muchas veces se reportan como disponibles estando ocupados lo que aumenta considerablemente el tiempo de llegada del taxi solicitado. También muchos conductores terminan el servicio de manera anticipada lo que genera que no quede registro completo del recorrido afectando la seguridad del pasajero.
Los taxistas que participan del programa en Pereira Colombia, cancelan los servicios pedidos en la aplicación por recoger personas en la calle en ruta para la llamada de city taxi. Los mismos taxistas admiten que es una práctica normal en esta ciudad.
Buenos días, en días pasado tuve un percance con un bolso que se quedo en un taxi, intente localizarlo pero en el historia no me dejo ver el perfil completo del taxi solo el nombre y la placa, por esto debí llamar a las dos empresa de Taxis de las cuales tengo el numero por fortuna y logramos localizar el taxista aún que el taxista ya había reportado el hallazgo de la misma. Sería muy bueno poder tener acceso al historial con el fin de solucionar este problema que pueda volver a ocurrir
El app deja pedir taxi pero nunca especifica si tiene servicio o no en esa ciudad. Por ejemplo en Bogota se queda buscando taxi pero sigo sin saber si tienen servicio en esta ciudad. Nunca confirman!
Ya es la tercera vez que uso la aplicación y no me llega notificación que el servicio ha sido aceptado y cuando pido un taxi por el fijo llega el da aplicación y es incomodo pero como hace uno para saber pues! La aplicación es buena pero deben mejorar unas cosas.
