They scam tourists!
I had evidence of the taxi driver taking 2x longer route and going in circles to drain more money out of me. The company didn’t care much and only offered me a voucher for 1€… this is a pure scam!
I was attacked by a TaxiMe driver- DONT USE IT!!!!
20min ago i was attacked and kicked out of the taxi by TaxiMe driver and it will be sadly with no consequence for him because you cannot contact TaxiMe by phone and tell them. Lets see if the police will help! WELCOME TO BULGARIA!!!!

Great service!
We were in Sofia and used the app to get taxis for quite a few days. The app is easy to use and everything worked well. I even left my jacket in one of the taxis and the taxi company worked with me to get the jacket back to me. Amazing service!
No credit card payment?!
It appears that credit card payment has been removed by the developers?! Absolute fail!
racist and ill behaved when you pay by card
We get no taxis anymore since we use card payment since the drivers themselves have nothing out of it themselves and give us bad ratings. furthermore it seems like the app providers have banned us now for no given reason to use the app anymore. I just got a taxi some minutes ago when a message told me the request couldn’t get taken by the driver anymore, which seems quite weird. Very unreliable app if you have serious appointments or timing pressure, I wouldn’t recommend using it with card payment !

Helpful but UI could be improved
App is helpful if you do not speak Bulgarian. In general, it works. UI could be improved, e.g. retry to find a cab without manual interaction, more clear switch between typing an address and tapping on the map, possibility to order cab for a given time in the future.
