App Doesn’t Work
Downloaded app. Tried to set up account yesterday. Still waiting.
Taxis don’t come unless you offer them extra money
Used to be good, now no taxi will come unless you offer them at least 20% on top. Then they still expect a tip
Great App
I like that the driver doesn’t know if the destination is close or far away before they accept the ride 👌🏻. App shows when the driver arrives accurately.

Doesn’t work with an American number
I’ve tried to register with two separate American numbers, one on Verizon, the other is a fully digital number on Google Voice. Neither one received a confirmation text to even be able to complete the signup. Who needs taxis the most? Tourists. If this is fixed I will change the rating, but in its current state it’s literally unusable. This is the exact same issue I had with Maxim, something about these Bulgarian cab apps just don’t play nice with American numbers, which wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t require it to use the app and you could use an email or something else instead.

Too many complaints to list. But what can you expect? It’s Bulgaria!
Works well for Sofia.
It uses a few different cab companies, all solid, no issues.
