To begin using the Taxi application today:
- Download the free app
- Create an account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)
- Validate your account (via the confirmation email you receive)
- Login to the app (Email & Password)
- Enter your pickup address
- Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
- Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)

On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.

The Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

No Airport Flat Rate Guarantee

When you use this app to book a cab from the airport, you may not get 303's airport flat rate. One reason may be because you can't select 303 specifically and could get a partner like Flash which doesn't give you a flat airport rate.

This is literally just Curb

I wanted to download an alternative to Curb, and when I went to sign up, it said I already had an account, after recovering my password, I was taken to a Curb landing page. Don’t fall for this scam.

Worthless because won’t send login

I can’t log in. It has my phone number from before there was an app and won’t send me an email to “reset password “

Do not use

We had a ride scheduled today in advance. On the day of our flight they notified us 10 minutes before that they could not find a driver. We nearly missed our flight

Pointless

I scheduled a ride for pickup to go to the airport two days in advance. The cab company called me -15 minutes before pick up time to inform me that they did not have a driver for me. The cab company also seemed confused because I hadn’t entered a destination (the app never allowed me to do this). Stick to ride share apps and done waste your time with this.

Terrible

Have been a long time customer of 303, no longer. They make it impossible. Can’t create new account because I had one with the old app, but my old credentials don’t work now and they won’t allow me to reset it. Hello AMMS limousine

Don’t use this

Reserved cab two days ago but it never showed. Nearly missed flight. Unprofessional.

This app is horrible!

I don’t like this app. As a member of the ADA community this app is hard to use and it does not send updates about my rides. I’m so sad that the flash cab app is not working anymore.

Errors in coverage area

I needed to arrange a ride for my father so I liked the idea of an actual company to call. But they said I needed to use the app for a prepay set up. Unfortunately I tried to use the app and it errored out and said it was not in their coverage area. So going to delete the app and go with typical Ubr. Hope you can fix it.

Worst app ever! Don't use!

I tried to use this app to go to the Metra UP station from my building in Lakeview. It took forever to load and then offered me a cab at the train station! I cancelled the cab and then discovered I was charged $7.25 for a ride around the Loop that I couldn't possibly have taken since by this time I was in another cab on my way to the Metra station. Am contacting the company to demand a refund and report the driver!
