Widget stopped working. Badly written FAQ says to reinstall app. Deleted app as instructed. Unable to reinstall with error message saying it is unavailable in my location (UK). Unable to use my lights. Have been through app FAQs but they are written in broken English and zero help. Do not buy TCP products.
Since last app update the smart switch only works when phone and switch on the same network. No longer works remotely.
After last update no longer functions off 4G network 👎
The app is great, But it is so bright, a dark theme feature on the app needs to be added!!
Please add the widget for iOS 18
Since this latest update the TRV now won’t update to the latest firmware. I’ve tried reconnecting numerous times. Nothing. TRV is no longer working as a result meaning I can’t control office temperature which is costing me money. Please fix asap.
Please update the app for iOS 18 to bring back the widget feature. All other features seem to work as normal with no need for updates as far as I can tell. Thank you
so annoying to use especially when the lightbulbs in the house start randomly flashing despite having a connection and need to be reconnected again out of nowhere
It’s a fairly basic app. The downside is that it forgets my information and logs me out now and then which is frustrating. It also removes the setups I create. So 2.5 stars rounded up.
Was amazing up until I updated my phone and it kept saying network error even though there’s nothing wrong with my network
