Works good.
Td easy trade
Everyone you speak to has a vary strong accent, hard to understand. Constant mistakes on trades or trades incomplete.. had to call back on hold for over 1.5 hours, about something that was supposed to be traded last week. But was done incorrectly

Looks like a scam. App stop working after I registered. App still down for over a week now lol

Poor customer service, issues all the time with the app and website and much more!

No matter how I look, I cannot figure out how many shares of this ETF I own. One would think that would be easy to find out.
terrible trading platform
i got it because of $50 reward when putting $500. the platform is terrible, you cant really buy any ETF, stocks. the TD ETF are so under perform. dont waste your time and money. its so hard to transfer money in, unless you have TD account. called support she also took a while to figure out. you can only use your login with this app, no browser site. better go for Wealthsimple! Pros: it makes me like Wealthsimple even more.
No fees but no records
It’s impossible to find transfer history in this app!!! Money transferred in and out. If you transfer more money it says your investment is up but it doesn’t say anything about the change in balance caused by transfers versus investment growth.
ETF’s
Disappointed that the MTSU etf can’t be traded on this website. It can be traded on Webbroker it not Easytrade. I closed my Webbroker account to avoid commissions on my trades as I’m not a heavy trader. I could have made some decent money this last week or so if this MTSU etf was available on the Easytrade site. Steve Boyle
Poor user interface
The app provide lots functions but fails the basic navigations. With multiple accounts, CAD/USD RRSP/TFSA, clicking on the account the main page does not take you to the click account but the first account listed. When looking up the traded stock history, there is no traded value but the only the market and booking values. The activity tab does not contain enough entries for back tracking. The allocation tab is way down the page and the account number/name are not visible on the same page.
