Works very good for me.

Clumsy to use. Awful interface.

How difficult should it be to organize and play some sound clips? The app could be vastly more user friendly and less cumbersome. I’ll just go back to listening on the website...that works better.

No audio for language studies

The language books such as Complete Spanish are supposed to provide links to the audio recordings for easy playing right from the text. However, the links don’t seem to work. When you press the play button, nothing happens. This problem has been reported several times to support, but doesn’t seem to be taken seriously because the support personnel don’t reply to support requests. You get a computer generated email saying that you will be contacted, usually within 24 hours. But that’s about as far as the support goes. To be fair, it probably did work in the past, only to have been affected by some update of iOS. Still, bug fixing should take on a much higher priority for a company that sells or provides software. Maybe the app has been abandoned because the last update was over a year ago. If so, why not just remove it from the store?
