I have a few issues with this app 1. Recently if I go to click on updates to products it just closes 2. The app crashes unexpectedly lots of times 3 you can only wish list and not buy which hurts both buyers and sellers alike. 4 I’d like to be able to access my data ie conversions etc, throw a sale and do it all from the app. Not the desktop site. Otherwise what’s the point
Extremely frustrating that you are unable to make puchases.
I love being able to search for resources at any time on my mobile but I’d like to also be able to purchase from my mobile as sometimes that’s all I have to access the site! A fix to this problem would be gratefully appreciated. 👍🏻
The discount prices for bundles doesn’t show on the main page of shops, only once you click on the product, as a seller this is really detrimental as products appear a lot more expensive than they are. Being able to purchase through the app will make it more user friendly too.
There is no separate iPad version, just the iPhone version in mega zoom 🤷🏻♀️ Also cannot run a shop from iPhone or iPad because it requires a desktop to load products. Please connect the iPhone app to iBooks to load PDFs to the shop
App looks great. Easy to scroll through BUT CAN NOT MAKE PURCHASES. SUPER ANNOYING!
I like the app to scroll through, follow stores and add items to my wishlist. Buuttt... you can’t make purchases!!!
I have really enjoyed using this app but have noticed that the notifications are inconsistent. I stopped receiving notifications for new questions and feedback last week. Over the past 24 hours my sales notifications have stopped. Can it also be updated to have sales details in the app?
The new update does not allow sellers to view all their items and the ability to make changes to them if necessary. It also doesn't allow access to view people's stores. Graphics are clear and crisp. Clickable links in description do not work. No bar graph to track sales. Wishing I never updated. :(
