This app is so frustrating. I've spent 30 minutes trying to find worksheets for my child, and every time I add something to my wishlist, it makes me log back in. After logging in literally 4 times just to add stuff to my wishlist, I gave up.
Oh, and the most frustrating part? None of the things I saved to my wishlist were there. Don't waste your time with the app and just use your safari or internet browser. Also, a note to the creators of the app: your reviews are extremely low, and some of them are from years ago. Do you think maybe it's time to hire some professionals to fix it? 🤷🏻♀️
No ability to purchase
Love the app but it is super frustrating not being able to purchase anything though the app. I have to go to a desktop or safari to purchase anything.
Locked me out
I requested a password reset, it sent it and when I went to log back in, it said was incorrect. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting things, and now it’s locked me out and keeps saying failed to send email recovery…
So glitchy
Every time I try to log in, the app reboots, makes me try again and then won’t let me in. It’s easier to just go to my browser.
App login
App will not allow me to login. I put in my username and password and put not robot. It keeps asking for login information. Regular browser allows me to login so I know it’s not my username/password being incorrect
Can’t purchase.
So how is the app better than just the website on your phone or iPad if you can’t purchase?
Good thing it’s free. I already paid a lifetime access to TPT. Just save the website as an icon on your phone.
Can’t sign in
I tried logging into the app using the same username/password combo I have saved to login to the website. I sign in and am asked to sign in again and this time verify that I’m not a robot. I do it and keep getting redirected back to the login page in an endless loop. I tried deleting and redownloading and it just doesn’t work.
Add to cart
TPT is really useful but the app itself is pretty wonky. It can be challenging to navigate the app. For example, I can easily add something to my wish list but I can not find the “add to cart” button anywhere.
Has potential
I love tpt, but the app is lacking compared to the web version.
Going Down Hill
I don’t have a cart? I do. I know I do, but it’s no where to be found in the app. After reading the comments, I see that I’m not the only one that is not happy about this. Please fix this! Otherwise, what’s the point of an app?
