Meet TeamGantt’s companion app! You’ll find gantt charts in our popular project management web app. But you can check, update, and chat about projects and tasks with this lite version.
This app uses mobile-optimized list views in place of project timelines so you can:
• Create and update tasks
• View and organize task lists
• Create and edit checklist items
• Assign work to other team members
• Add due dates
• View and start discussions
• Upload and access project files and documents
• Track and modify time spent on tasks
To view your timeline and access full TeamGantt functionality, log into our website.
To use this app, you must create a TeamGantt account, which you can do for free. TeamGantt is the easiest way for project managers to save time, hit deadlines, and deliver within budget.
Use of this app is subject to TeamGantt Terms of Service, which can be found on our website.

Fantastic project management software
Great alternative to MS Project. Don’t expect full functionality of MS project of course. I create projects in web based tool and this one for collaboration and tracking progress. It (web based) has proper resource management, etc. as I said it’s not MS Project professional but it’s way better then MS project online and similar tool. Check their website based software first and only after that leave feedback about this iOS app. This iOS app isn’t stand alone application!!
A Gantt app with no Gantt chart
This has to be the worst app in the App Store. Spent ages creating a list of tasks, ready to have the information provided turn into a Gantt chart so I can have a visual aid for my project. As the title says, there isn’t actually a Gantt function. So I just have a clunky list of jobs to do. This app should be taken down
You can’t scroll to the bottom of long projects in landscape mode
As title says. Also why can’t we see the actual Gantt chart? Why just the list? There’s a lot of potential for this IPad app but it’s not there yet.
Can’t view all my tasks
I can only view ‘my tasks’ in a day-by-day calendar. Why not just show a list of all my assigned tasks? Impossible to use how it is now.
More charts pls
I totally understand how more detailed charts dont work for phone, but why not tablets?
Spent hours setting up the desktop version to find the app not useful..
I was so excited to begin with Teamgantt, then so disappointed with the app.. it doesn’t utilize Gantt charts (??), and has issues with updating between the app and desktop (mostly it doesn’t), plus the checklists function doesn’t seem to translate to the program’s desktop functions.. I really want to persist, but if I have get out my laptop every time I need to check on a project/update status, it’s just not going to be practicable.
Let me know if it changes!
