Tried this on multiple iOS devices and multiple computers. Different generic error codes about the code being expired or the system not available. Disappointing.

The devs should be required to use this app to support a hundred seniors before they let it go on the market. I had to give my senior relative in another city his first smart phone and it’s obvious this company has not tested this software on anyone new to smart phones. It seems like an obvious use case - if you struggle enough with your device that you need remote support, why would you make the remote support almost impossible to access. The steps required to get the app going every time are so unintuitive that I had to write down all seven of them. None of the steps were designed with accessibility in mind. At one point in order to click “Continue” you have to move a slider button with tiny text next to it. Also this app doesn’t let you interact with the screen from another iPhone but at least you can see what’s going on.

There’s a comment on here about APPLE scamming people. I had this exact instance happen today. This is becoming a more common problem. He was trying to access all of my banking information and all of my transactions and had me DL 3 apps. I called the bank right after come to find it’s a scam. Apple is scamming. Don’t call apple call your bank

I loved it for several years until you people shut my app off on my iPhone . It is absolutely ridiculous trying to use your system to get my eye phone working again . Why did you have to do this ?
