Didn't get reward

Hi Mihoyo, I completed the newbie tasks and all. But I couldn't claim anywhere to receive reward and did not receive the x10 Tears of Themis. Afterwards the entire newbie task banner was completely gone??? I am super upset. Please help me fix the issue!

Stop wasting my time

Dear devs, Can you stop wasting my time with how long the app opening screen takes? Would also be good to have a “do not show again” option for the daily popups. At the rate I’m clicking them away instead of looking, it’s counterproductive. I could click something I’m actually interested in away without noticing.

the BEST otome game ever!!

at first, my friend recommended this game to me. let’s just say, this way WAY better than expected!! the extraordinary graphics, the amazing plot, the CUTEST characters etc. they’re literally so on point and perfect. I’ve never played such a game before, mainly because I found them uninteresting or boring. but this is an exception. I really love how the game has audio (by default, text is spoken in chinese — I understand chinese and so it’s a bonus :DD), like real people portraying as the characters!! it’s really calming and addicting to listen and play at the same time! also, the events are pretty good and it’s really interactive with some mini games inside (sweet afternoon tea 🫠🫠)!! after a while, I realised the developers of this game are the same as genshin impact (yes I’m kinda dumb 🫡🫡) it’s no wonder that the game itself is so good, def recommend to anyone who wants to try a new genre of games <33
