Doesn’t work

After downloading the resources the game stays frozen and doesn’t even work

About start screen problem:

Hello there, I have gotten the game but it doesn’t load. And I have tried a vpn and by recommendation changed my location to the US, clear cache or what others say: clear resources and re-downloaded the resources yet it doesn’t work and also tried changing my Wi-Fi between 4G and router but also deleting the game and reinstalling it. So please help me with this problem. Also I am a apple user and have a version 16.6 on my and is an IPad (9th generation) also on my iPad it has 55,9 GB or 8,12 GB storage left then on my phone: it’s an iPhone (11th generation or iPhone 11, and iOS version 16.6 and then has 45 GB or 18,94 GB storage left Also I have been trying to use my Apple ID sign in so should I be using a normal gmail that has already been used in other hoyoverse games like for example a game I use: Genshin Impact I hope you do reply with a solution that will work for me Kinds regard from a customer

I’m really frustrated

I’ve invested a lot of time and data on updates but no matter what I do I’m stuck on the statue lady and I don’t see an option that allows me to change my region. Please help me if possible, because I don’t want to give up on this game.

Fix your damn game

Why does so many people have to struggle with the statue lady loading screen.

My game doesn’t load.

I have an account for Tears of Themis on a Huawei P30 Lite, however when I switched over to Apple (iPhone 11) my game links me with my account, but doesn’t go past the loading screen. Even after I do a manual repair and click on the “play” button, it doesn’t load. My account has a lot of progress so I wanted to ask how I can fix this? The game worked perfectly on my Huawei! I’ve seen someone say to change your region, but how do I do that?

It really is stuck

The game is really stuck on the loading screen, I don't know if it's downloading extra files, there is no indication to do so or to log in.

Game looks interesting but does not go beyond the loading screen of the statue.

(if you’re stuck on the homescreen, change your location to the US, you can change it back once it loads) this game has so many features and small stories! everything is very detailed and makes the game very enjoyable. i’ve been playing this game since launch and haven’t gotten bored yet. there’s loads of events that are fun and entertaining. it’s also very f2p friendly :))
