Since covid times I got a lightbulb and a extension cord thing, I have had no issues at all with these products, i think they work wonderfully. I only wish the tech team would be able to make apple widgets so that i can control my presets more efficiently, thanks!

Why the HELL are there ads in this app. As if I didn’t already pay money for the product?

A few years ago I got a 4-pack of these plugs and I managed to pair one of them. I tried to pair another today and no matter what I do, it just won’t pair a second one.

Straight garbage

This app was good until Ad’s started to pop up. Because of this I have deleted the app and switched to different smart plugs.

The app used to be okay, it freezes occasionally. Now the ads are insufferable when you open the app. I won’t be buying Teckin again :(

Splash adds now fill the entire screen and are cumbersome to stop as the X to close is hidden. Will never buy these products again.

I have been using for months and it’s honestly terrible you can only have 3 people added to watch cameras so won’t work for a household of people not to mention when there is motion detected it takes so long to load the app that there’s nobody there by the time you load in. I use Teckin click cameras quality is perfect but app sucks I advertised my cameras and I’m switching to better ones

Your joking I have 5g wifi and I spent buttload of money on these and they don't work who the heck uses 2.4g wifi that's garbage 5G is from 2019 if you can't bother to work with 5G, then screw you .it is 5 years standardized . you need to learn how to use technology I will be destroying your smart plugs on camera good day. tik tok = @dixiebunnycutie

New update logs me out cause my partner turns on the lights and I turn them off later. So for security you log me out as a second device. That’s annoying. Also why add pop up ads, i paid for this hardware, it’s annoying. Guess I’ll stop buying this brand and switch to a better one.
