An update was made and now we can no longer see the recording history, even with an SD card!!!!

The second you open the app there's big ads which are misleading to get you to click to spyware. This is no longer a viable app.

When you first open the app they force you to watch an ad before you can access the functions. Very annoying

if I had known you were going to start putting ads into the app I need to use to control it. I shouldn’t have to click through an ad to turn on and off my lights.

This app and smart plug worked great for me for years but the addition of the adds over the last few months is annoying and has ruined the functionality of the plug. Now to turn the plug on or off you have to watch an add first. I just ordered a Ring light bulb to replace this plug and plan to throw the Teckin plug away.

Absolute garbage. When trying to connect my plugs the app refuses to recognize my WiFi which is 2.4Ghz so I am unable to connect and use my outlets

Prior to the introduction of ads, this was a handy app. Now, it’s an obnoxious waste of time. I only had one bulb compatible with this app, which was easy enough to replace.

Would like to use more of my own personal devices. I dont have the patience to keep signing out then back in every time.

When I use the app, and have more than one plug listed, I can turn one on/off and then it clocks not allowing me to do anything else. I have to close it out and come back in to activate the next plug. Today the lights are on but it isn’t recognizing that and will not shut them off.

It does not work with 4 or 5G wifi!
