Teleprompter Controller

I downloaded this app to be able to connect iPad and iPhone for remote control. Unfortunately it fails to do what it proposes.

Just doesn’t work at all Shame, because the app on the laptop is quite good and I would have bought it but without a remote control it’s useless to me.

Works OK, and over all it’s quite good. I wish you could have the option to just display the play/pause button. I like to have it on my desk and if the text is going a little fast I can just tap the screen while keeping my eyes on the camera to pause for a fraction of a second. Some times I end up hitting the speed slider, which makes the matter worse

This app does not work and there is no speed bar on the download version indicating that it is an incomplete app.

I can’’t add anymore - the controller does nothing at all . . . . .

Failed to work. Little if no support from developer website. Tried to attach from iPhone to iPad for use with TelePrompTer app. Further info needed to assist users who fail to connect to server ????

I want to use this app in conjunction with a soundboard on my iPad. This app would be absolutely amazing if it would split screen and have a horizontal orientation for the iPad. That would be everything I could need and more!

This would work so much greatly better if the controller could show the text on its screen. Without that, a studio assistant has to stand next to the camera and move the text by hand reading it backwards, and risk being in the camera's FOV. This is a great product but that awkwardness has me now searching for alternatives.

This works very well. I have the iPad setup in front of the camera on a reflector screen, and the iPhone in hand. The controller lets you speed up and slow down, stop the display. The best teleprompter setup I have tried. The controller is free but I paid for the iPhone app. I am happy with it.

I’m able to control the Teleprompter APP on my iPad and on my MacBook Pro with no issues. I’m using an iPhone XS.
