I am trying to manage my account, but it says that there are some new updates coming up, it has been several months but still the same issue, even the internet service is not good. Worst service ever

I was supposed to have my internet activated on June 30th, but as of now, July 2nd at 8:30 PM, it is still not activated. I've called customer care multiple times, but the problem hasn't been resolved. They have no idea what's going on and have proven how bad they are at diagnosing issues. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Twice in the past month it hasn’t allowed me to control my devices - turn off and on. Had to call tech support for 20 mins before and I am not sure what they did but it worked. Then today and yesterday didn’t work again so called and within the app was able to restart my modem and that worked. But I hope not to have to do this every few weeks. Please fix.

Constant crashing

App constantly has features not working and resync never works even when I’m on the wifi. Profiles will not unpause when trying to resync even though a pop up states that they will be.

Elle fonctionne par intermittence et quand elle bug... c'est précisément quand t'as coupé internet... je peux passer des jours sans internet parce que l'application refuse de le remettre. Faites vous plaisir et ne télécharger jamais cette invention de satan!

Not working again

This app is always going down. The resync feature almost never works. Constantly having to fight and uninstall it hoping it will work.

Slow to open and sometimes it doesn’t work.

Slow to open and sometimes it doesn’t work. It cannot detect iphone specifically when it’s connected. So can’t figure out which one to pause. Shaw is better.

Also getting "Features Unavailable"

Like several others have mentioned, I am unable to manage my devices. I can still check device details like MAC addresses but I cannot change device names to be more descriptive like I used to.
