Useless! I originally registered with the app and allowed biometrics. Now it won’t allow my biometrics and it doesn’t allow the password to be remembered. Not very secure as anyone able to access my email can change the password without any security check. Obviously this app is not written for IOS as it has no Face ID option in Settings. Does not inspire confidence- what other security issues are not properly implemented? Shame on a Billion Dollar tech company that they can’t get this right!!

I can’t reset my password, it keeps bringing me to the log in page. Can’t add my clinic, says my info matches another account. Can’t see my messages from my doctor. Can’t make appointments. I cannot use this app in ANY way.

My Dr’s clinic is not showing up very inconvenient to use specially if you are in need of information of your medical records asap but the customer service support is awesome and fix the issue fast

This is very simple to understand. And very important and interesting. I enjoy working with my doctor through CHRConnect and am grateful for your reference.

With signing in doesn’t work have to make different password every time it doesn’t even open, I’m sorry but it’s just not a god app to start with ( cannot even use it)

Do you even realize how much anxiety you give people when your app doesn’t work? Nothing loads, your search function is awful. If patients are forced to use this piece of garbage app, make it work. All you’ve done is give someone with medical problems anxiety.

I still can’t login to this app. I put in my login and password and it keeps telling me Invalid Login. This app is garbage and whoever designed it is an idiot.

Need to reset my password. However when clicking the link the app sent for reset password, I am asked to login again. If I have my password and can login, why would I even ask for a password reset? Don’t know wholich low iq designed this genius app

The functionality of the booking program is fine. However I cannot reset my password; the link provided keeps redirecting me to a sign-up page. This is maddening.
