Works pretty well. Apple Watch app not quite there.
I love the station. Temperature especially seems to be very accurate, hot sun or not (my previous brand of weather station suffered from this. Signing a second person in seemed to somehow cause me to have to reactivate it. I would have thought “sign in, username, password” should have done it. Good since then, though. I am looking into adding my station to some local websites. Exciting! I was thrilled to see there was an Apple Watch app available, and I could add it as a complication, which is great, because the standard Apple weather is not accurate at all for my location. Unfortunately, the watch complication and app doesn’t seem to update properly; I have to tap the complication and go to the app, tap a couple of times to bring it up to date. Then it updates, and the complication is up to date. Until the next time. I’m not sure if it updates automatically at all; at least, not yet.
Edit: I have to restart my watch to get it to refresh, and even then it’s hit and miss.
The documentation on the website doesn’t seem to be up to date in terms of adding a widget to a website, which I would like to do. There is a section to generate an - apk? Doesn’t seem to work.
Power Outage Dropouts 😡
Big storms? Pass…
No data storage!!! Ahh
Drops out along with your power.
Label your graphs.
Purple background becomes tiring.
Weak graphics

Love it. It would even be better if an app was added for Apple TV.
Update knocks it out of the park
Version 5 has added some amazing and much requested features. Just wow! Dark mode, widgets, new UI. Just an amazing update to the app. Thank you so much!
UV forecasts
Great hardware & app. Could you add a UV forecast?
Thanks
Not bad, but simplistic
It gives you the information you need, but takes a little figuring out to determine how to read some of it.
It is utilitarian, not very sophisticated. I am used to weather stations that display weather data in a cluster of instrument gauges that looks very professional, whereas this is simply a blue and white set of numbers that any high school programmer could create.
Missing Dark Mode and some UI changes
Great job with the hardware and great start to the software. First of all, please add dark mode in the app. I have mine on an all day display. It would be nice to take advantage of timed iOS dark mode. Second, you give us the ability to click on parts of the Home Screen in the app but nothing making it obvious what details will be provided… the top where is shows temp, conditions, and wind speed… an obvious button or something to let people know it will provide more data if clicked. Otherwise… great job and these small changes will help streamline the UI for all users… basic or advanced.
Awesome app!
Does exactly what I expect. Thanks to the team that designed it!
Wow!
Have just updated to Ver 4. What a brilliant improvement. I used to check the WeatherFlow data and then use the Weather Network to view forecasts. With the new version of Tempest I can view everything I need in one place. Thank you for the best personal weather devices and app available!
