Application of registration still under review for more that two years now

I know that it adds a bit more security to us users but the OTP takes way too long. Like right now I am waiting for more than 10 mins to get one. This is frustrating.

im happy the i know our company partner with tendopay but i tried to loan and submit all the requirement then many times its asking for resubmit mg ID. 😢

I have been a customer since late 2021, my initial CL is Php9300. My payments are auto deducted since my work company is affiliated with them. I have been asking several times if they can increase my CL but to no avail while my other colleagues have their CL increased to Php25k in a span of months with some whose basic is lower than mine. Then I got promoted to a supervisory position and my basic salary also increased. I did request for a CL but was declined. No delays with payment, regular use of the app but stuck with Php9300 while others CL keep on increasing which is kind of unfair.
