Fee estimate
The fee estimate was more than 50% less than the actual ride fee. Not sure how in today’s environment Teo can get this totally wrong. Maybe intentional who knows??? I guess we will be using Uber going forward as their fee estimate is much more transparent and more accurate.
Tipping should not be preset
I enjoyed my driver and he ride but I believe it should be that we choose our tip amount with each ride and not have it be automatic in the app. In the past I was asked for each ride and I would appreciate to have the same option.
i used to be a fan
i always try to support local initiative but over the last few years this app became crappy. impossible to reach drivers, price and wait time estimations are always wrong… i guess i’ll move back to Uber instead of wasting my time and money
All information should be available in both English and in French
As much as the service has been very good and the drivers are very friendly and professional, it would be very nice if the language in both this app as well as communications be made in both English and French. I highly doubt that only French language people use this service. If you do listen to what I have to say and put in English as well as French, I would be very happy to then rate you 5 stars!
Problem with GPS
The tracking lags and the GPS often sends drivers to the wrong place.

Rien à redire, Il ne manque qu’un peu plus de pub à votre service!
Driver was nice but app service was awful
The app told me I’d be picked up in 1 minute… for 20 minutes straight. Made me late. The guy who finally came was really nice though.
Good but needs payment and driver location update
App works well. Doesn’t track driver very well. Also doesn’t allow for payment in car now.
Wait time is largely underestimated
The title says it all. I wish I can use Teo more but the truth is that the wait time is never accurate. It says 4 min and in the end it’s 25! In that sense the service is unreliable, which is sad because I prefer encouraging a local company.
