Every single time you order a taxi, it says 3 minutes. Doesn’t matter if it takes 3 min or 20-it says 20 min. If you ride with someone and decide after that you do not want to leave a tip, you have already been charged! There is no way to get your money back. Will never use again.
App is easy to use but the price is deceptive and tip is confusing and not user friendly. I requested a ride that was quoted from $12 to $14 and the bill was $28. There was no special traffic or delays so price deception is built into the process. The app also seems to require setting the tip before the ride. This difficulty using the app and fake pricing will make me use Uber in the future. Very disappointed.
I was charged $25 for a $12-14 estimated ride. Between their “error” that they admitted to but won’t refund and the default of 15% tip that the UI makes very difficult to unselect i would avoid this app like the plague. You’re better off trusting a random cab or using a real and honest ride share app. These people are clearly scammers and should be delisted.
Downloaded app. Immediately wanted credit card. I don’t like to link credit cards to apps and pay cash. Nevertheless I put it in a thought I ordered a cab. Saw a note that my credit card was being put on hold then nothing. No confirmation of the booking. No cab came and I phoned to get one. There is no way of contacting anyone if there’s a problem with the app. Now I’m trying to find out if my credit card was fraudulently charged. I deleted the app. Will not deal with them again.
I arrived in Montreal to use the electric car service by the same name, only to find out they went bankrupt early this year. The website for Téo is still up and recommends getting this app. They still take ride requests but I then got a follow up call saying to just take a taxi. I understand assets are sold during bankruptcy, but I feel deceived while trying to support electric transportation.

The app has completely stopped working. Every time I open it the app brings me to the rating page for my previous ride and when I rate it the same rating page simply comes back up again. I can't escape the page.
Always pin points my location with accuracy and nice enough to provide a sign with car number to alert the driver to my presence. Nicely done.
Would u be interested in setting up two in NY ?
Much more affordable than Uber and the cars are way nicer!
