Unfortunately still unusable
You are forced to re-enter your login details all the time. The app still tries to communicate to the box via Bluetooth, despite LAN cable is connected. The App „forgot“ the registered charger once a month. Support tickets were not answered. Nobody is on the phone, it seems that the hotline is only for commercial customers. No change log for the firmware. Product is not listed on the Chinese Website, so no way to get some more information of firmware updates or support contact.
