Very poor sound quality. Waste of £10

Setup fail

I used from last two years it was brilliant but now couples of month i also updated it and reinstalled it but unable to setup my phone number and mentioned about my network server connection failed i try it on wifi also on mobile data but its failed please fix this Thank you

Auto top up issue

I have set up auto top up but it never added in time. When credit was low, instead of auto topping up and carry on the current call, it was cut off and had to make the another call again.

Not so great

There is never a signal the first time I call abroad. It’s so annoying. So if I need to phone a few times in a row I get a signal every other time. It’s easy to top up though. The low credit warning interruption is also not what you would want in the middle of the conversation. I don’t think I’ll be using it long now.

I am so grateful to Tesco international calling I can call my family back home, my mum and my sons in Zimbabwe the signal too is super good! I just want to thank you guys so much! I love you Tesco you’re the best!

Ease of use

The app is very easy to use. The online top up feature makes its use very practical. For developing the app, an added future feature could be when your credit is running the ability to top up live rather than dropping the call and topping again.

Rubbish

This app was good but now it works only when you connect ph to wifi . Dnt work on mobile data . Dnt know whats the problem . Gonna delete the app. Dnt recommend. Waste of money.

Recent Update

Recent update has left my phone unable to make calls via data. Only via WiFi and settings are locked such that I can not change these settings !
