The app is broken
I ordered a meal that is exclusive to order through the app only , after completing the order , my order didn’t get sent to the branch .. and when i present them my order they said it didn’t come through but they started preparing my order , i got my order and left and when i arrived home , what i ordered is not what i got ! My meal was (Chicken Crunch Burger + 2 tender pcs + Fries + Cola) and what i got was a box that have 2 chicken prices - one tender - one fries - coslaw and a cola) i was really frustrated and I don’t recommend ordering from the app 👎🏼 I won’t visit the same branch as well .. they’re unprofessional 👎🏼

App not working
Hi. First order placed and paid by cc. After 15 mins it still marked as new. I called the support and they did not find the order ID. Then after few minutes they said we see the order and it will be proceeded. After 20 mins it still new I called and same thing. The order sent to branch fter 45 mins in total. I thinknyou shoild test your app before you release it or say to customers go to talabat.

This app needs a lot of work, why it’s even existing? I ordered last night and it showed confirmation, but no message or email I got it as a confirmation, so I waited my order which never came and when I called call center they had no idea about my order ID.
Anyways it’s useless and better to order from chatfood I guess which I used to it before
Bad App
I have ordered using the app. It was more than an hour nobody informed me that they are unable to receive the order as it is unavailable which was accepted. I’ve messaged them as well but nothing. I still have to call what is the status. Bad service and useless app. There’s no tracking for the order as well.
