Texas Hold’em Reviews

The coolest version of Texas Hold’em!

Really good AI and love the different players personalities.

Nice!

Nice look and feel and the best part is the AI's play pretty well. Great for testing your own game!!

Unrealistic

don12789 on

This game is frustratingly unrealistic! You cannot win a hand without a flush or straight.

Voiceover problems

@dj_danie911 on

South Africa

Voiceover users cannot always hear the community cards and cannot find it with explore by touch or by swiping through the screen. It becomes available at times but mostly voiceover reads only the pot amount.

This is awesome

Hannes Fouche on

It could however you some improvement with VO such as speaking the strength of your hand when you tap your cards Global multiplayer would also be nice, but other than that this is an excellent game.

Cards delt are boringly predictable.

Hunterforlife 2014 on

High pairs are always beat on last card delt, many times when the other 3 cards already delt. Computer won’t fold even when odds = 0

Play it on landscape!

Javier Castañeda on

United States

Game is ok, is poker. Playing it on portrait is a nightmare, play it in landscape from the start. Game is fun and all but after winning 1st play in Macau the game is just not hub anymore, I need a bigger challenge

Trash

The gameplay is LOL absurd. This resembles real poker in no way, shape, or form. It hasn’t been updated in forever either

Flawed Randomizing Algorithm

tomkendc on

United States

All too often I get the same cards back to back and they turn out to be losers. A 2; A2: or A4 then A4. And it is shocking how the last card dealt is all to often the winner. Stattistically unlikely. And I have won more thatn $91m. Game needs work and I need to start looking for a new game

Unrealistic

rm_p on

United States

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now. I can say that it’s a good time killer but extremely unrealistic. In the four years I’ve played, I’ve seen countless times where the system goes all in or the very least extremely high bet with a horrible hand. Like a 9 2 pair, only to win with a three of a kind 2’s. If this were a one off, I could understand but to see this type of play all the time is very unrealistic. Another takeaway is that you may get a pair of queens in the initial dealing. You bet appropriately and then lose to someone who had a J-6 and the flop brings out 6’s for a four of a kind. So unrealistic!!!! It happens over and over again.
