Since the update this week, the app will not hold the favourites - every time I close the app and reopen they have all disappeared despite re adding them several times now. They only hold while the app is open
Paid for a £8 weekly pass and then loaded it onto the card from my iPhone. Card said it was successful then when my Son got on Bus he was refused as the card did not work. You will need to use a Payzone store & avoid this app, I’m still £8 out of pocket
If you’re going to flaunt your app as easy and convenient, try making it easy and convenient! Having to go into phone settings and reduce text size to its absolute minimum every time I want to buy a pass because otherwise the final pay now button doesn’t appear on screen and can’t be reached by scrolling down isn’t convenient. Having to input my bank card details every time because the app won’t remember them but also won’t allow autofill or Apple Pay isn’t convenient. These are persistent technical issues that should have been sorted by the very first update. All I want to do is quickly purchase a pass when I realise it needs renewing, something this app isn’t designed to facilitate.
Randomly stops working! Had to buy a seprate train ticket despite having a swift card!!
Absolutely terrible app. Never ever registers my daughter’s swift card so cannot redeem her termly bus pass. I just do not understand how this can be deemed production ready
The app has updated and now refuses to show the times at the bus stop I tap on. That’s the only function I care about. App is useless if it can’t give basic timetable data.
This app is not working, never working properly. It is very frustrating, and never working.
EDIT It’s now October and the problems are still there. I can’t purchase a monthly ticket so I’ll have to pay every day, at a considerable increase in price. Why should I bear the brunt of their incompetence? I’m sending a very strong complaint email to the CEO tomorrow. I had trouble loading my card so I phoned the helpline. The poor woman states “it’s not the best system” and just sighed when I asked if she had many complaints about it. Its 08/05/2023 and I’ve been trying to load my card. Neither the app nor the website works. How am I going to go shopping today or get to work tomorrow is anyone’s guess. I can’t even call the helpline as it’s a Bank Holiday and they’re not open. Absolutely useless. It doesn’t even deserve one star.
Terrible app just does not work on iOS very well at all.
