There’s no shortages of mindfulness apps out there. I’ve gone through quite a few and had been using Calm for about 2 years. It’s a great app, but it felt bloated. Like they tried making an app that had EVERYTHING, which left me feeling like I was paying for so much that I never used or would use. And that’s exactly why I had to write a review for The Daily Shifts. An app built around mindfulness while being mindful that mindfulness isn’t supposed to be complicated 😜 The simple and engaging shift system is amazing. The morning shift is an easy 3 step process. Take some big breaths, jot down what your grateful for and then use the cleanest meditation timer to date and you’re grounded and ready for your day. I also love the quick and thoughtful afternoon and evening shifts as well, because mindfulness is a day long practice.
