Listed as free in App Store... downloaded and entered my personal info. It turn allowed me to look at the homscreen once. After that it’s asks for $7.99/month. Dishonest.

This morning was nice! Tonight it had me take 3 breaths. That’s all. Not affirmation. No nothin. No meditation available in app anywhere. Cancelling already. I can set a timer on my phone for free and take three breaths.

I was so excited about this app!! Lately I have been working on making myself a better person and this app seemed perfect. First impressions were perfect. Everything I was looking for was on this app! But, then I realized that when the pop-up subscription showed, I realized it’s not free at all. It wouldn’t let me exit that payment screen. Super disappointing:(

Excellent Clean
EXCELLENT app. Love the 3 breaths, simple interface and great value - I do find it in a bit of a crowded space and with the other 10 other mindfulness apps / journaling apps I find myself wanting a one go to solution app.
Money
I am someone who is trying to live a healthier life style. I get that your app needs to make money, but making it to where you have to pay to use your services helps no one. When someone’s trying to better their life and your service costs to continue using- count me out. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
Positive Vibrations
The “Respect this moment” card on TDS is my favorite thing to do everyday. It makes me feel present and confident that everything will always work out I usually try to do 1:11 without thinking about anything negative. And if something comes to mind I start over the time and try again. I highly recommend this App. It’s nice to get reminders throughout the day to shift your thoughts and feelings toward the positive.
