Great service but app needs work
Honestly I love this service. It’s such a good initiative and the staff are quick to respond when you need support. I love how you can wish list items by pet and the various great specials. Definitely something I would recommend and will be using myself. There are however, some glaring issues with the app that bother me. 1. It’s slow. It often freezes or lags and hangs. 2. The UX is terrible. From buttons that are greyed out while still being enabled. To buttons overlapping the sides of pop ups and modals. The worst one I have seen so far. You can’t even view your cart without first adding your delivery details. You can’t click out of pop ups either and the navigation will just layer page upon page upon page without closing previous pages. Meaning the back button will need to be pressed 10 times if you have been exploring for a while. This also contributes even more to the app being slow. Overall it looks like an app that just released as a POC. I expect better from something that has been around for a few years.
