I made a mistake ordering the wrong size dogfood and only noticed it later without opening them. They arranged an exchange for me the next day without any complaints. Thank you for valuing your clients

The dog food app is extremely unreliable and frustrating to use. My order was delayed without communication, and the app’s interface is confusing and not user-friendly. Customer support is unhelpful, making it a terrible experience overall. I won’t be using this app again.

Quick and efficient service.

Honestly I love this service. It’s such a good initiative and the staff are quick to respond when you need support. I love how you can wish list items by pet and the various great specials. Definitely something I would recommend and will be using myself. There are however, some glaring issues with the app that bother me. 1. It’s slow. It often freezes or lags and hangs. 2. The UX is terrible. From buttons that are greyed out while still being enabled. To buttons overlapping the sides of pop ups and modals. The worst one I have seen so far. You can’t even view your cart without first adding your delivery details. You can’t click out of pop ups either and the navigation will just layer page upon page upon page without closing previous pages. Meaning the back button will need to be pressed 10 times if you have been exploring for a while. This also contributes even more to the app being slow. Overall it looks like an app that just released as a POC. I expect better from something that has been around for a few years.

I am truly disappointed. Firstly, the app malfunctions more often than not and one has to keep deleting and reinstalling it. Secondly, on both occasions that I have ordered dog food on the app, it arrived later than the ETA (of atleast 3 days) and no efforts to convey the delays were made. (They promise same day or next day delivery but that has been a lie in my experience.) Thirdly, there is false advertising. They lure you in with invalid promotions. Lastly, their communication is atrocious. It’s as if they are doing you a favour, and not that you are a paying customer. The products do actually eventually arrive, so that is what has set them apart from scammers thus far.

I find it so difficult to navigate this app- so frustrating

Installed the app multiple times. Simply never opens. Loads opening screen and then hangs.

One would’ve thought that, after all this time, the app developers would have done the little bit of research to make their app more accessible to people with disabilities. The fact that they did not do so indicates that they have no respect for these people and no real desire to make this service widely available to everybody. Regards Tom

Do not use this app - I placed an order on Saturday 30 September 2023 and was told I would receive my order by 1 October 2023 19:05. It it now 4 October 2023, I have not received my order and no one is replying to the in application chat and there is no other contact details listed anywhere.
