Can’t search on the daily specials and meal deal for week. I used this app for years to get curbside pick up. I barely shop there now because of the app changes

I have been unable to order for MONTHS!! Last update has made this App unusable. It will not let me update my location. Thinks I’m halfway accross the country. Even when I update in one place, it reverts back when I check out and will not let me update. You have lost a ton if $$ as I only do pick up. I don’t think I’m alone.

Whatever changes have been made in the app, I can’t even place an order now. Sadly after trying again and again, being asked to log in numerous times..I’m done with the never ending loop you’ve made. I’ll find another place that delivers to my door without relying on Instacart!

I got fed up with the app because of the daily marketing notifications. I’ve deleted the app from my devices.

Order was not delivered to my door. Wanted to reorder but do not see my credit in instacart.

Can’t use the app.

Love the grocery store - very frustrating app as it is focused on instant ordering rather than searching or list building. To look up any specials it is more productive to use the website.

The app is great and I love the service at the store for pick-up, can’t beat the $1.99 pick-up fee. But the app itself times out a lot and sometimes prompts me to enter a code from email even though I log in multiple times at the beginning of shopping and before checking out. Could be improved.

I think she must have picked the largest pork loins in the bin. I usually pick the smallest, we are only 2 people. I cut a piece from each loin to make a third meal.

Fresh Market has slipped considerably below average on their products. Nothing new is offered and what is currently marketed has fallen considerably below quality standard. I am no longer impressed with anything sold. The desserts are mediocre. Everything is disappointing. You need better products in many of your departments. Shake it up, Fresh Market.
