Pork loins

I think she must have picked the largest pork loins in the bin. I usually pick the smallest, we are only 2 people. I cut a piece from each loin to make a third meal.

Present concerns

Fresh Market has slipped considerably below average on their products. Nothing new is offered and what is currently marketed has fallen considerably below quality standard. I am no longer impressed with anything sold. The desserts are mediocre. Everything is disappointing. You need better products in many of your departments. Shake it up, Fresh Market.

Fix your security

Whatever you have done with your login security … do better. When trying to use my original password it would send me a code to my email to verify, but then always say the code was expired. Then I changed my password, but then just get a black screen that says internal error. I’d get rid of whoever you contracted this out to. Horrible experience.. I’m just glad they are building a Whole Foods near by, so I will be able to go somewhere else soon.

Great service

I love the daily specials and the wonderful service. Know that you are deepest appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hate the new layout

New layout is awful. It was great before - now just a mess. Change for the sake of change is not always a good thing.

Instacart

I’m not using this stupid app to shop Instacart. I’m looking at it to see what’s in the store because they’re microscopic in size and I’m not dealing with traversing it to find one thing. I’m never using Instacart. Ever. This app is terrible now. Deleting it.

Going downhill!

This app was useful once there are annoying video pop ups, really hate those, the information I need difficult to find, and nothing for the loyalty experience. Big disappointment!

App gets worse with each update

I am ASTONISHED at how AWFUL this app is. It is without question the worst app I have to use on a regular basis. Completely non-intuitive layout. Signing in is always a debacle. Checking out takes forever and glitches or crashes often. The ads are obnoxious. Sometimes instead of the app just loading, it takes me to the mobile website, which is somehow worse. And each update seems just to add more of the bugs that make the app terrible instead of addressing things that need improvement. Pretty pathetic.

The update is terrible

The newest update is terrible for The Fresh Market. It used to be organized and you could navigate by the category you chose (ie: sale items). I keep waiting for this to get better but it’s terrible. They broke something that never needed to be fixed. Save your time and google the ad or something. Awful, just awful.

Horrible experience

You’re food may be fresh — oh wait, it’s actually not. I’ve seen numerous items past their expired date on your shelves. Then, to top it off, your “loyalty” experience is buggy and offers no real benefit to being loyal. Sure, there are some good sales on items in the store, but no point system and the account login/retrieval process doesn’t work. I don’t care how “high quality” your products are — if it’s not easy or trustworthy, it isn’t even worth ONE star.
