The Headless Way

This is an accessible, thoughtful, and useful app, developed to help individuals lead more fulfilling lives in mindfulness, compassion, and increasing freedom from suffering. I highly recommend this app, and exploring The Headless Way in general, especially if you already value mindfulness or Insight meditation.

With mindfulness and meditation getting so popular, it’s common to see people approaching it with their old ways of being. The Headless Way has helped me shed those patterned ways of perceiving the world by offering incredibly clever and insightful instructions to tap into our innate mindfulness. An antidote to surface level mindfulness, and an invitation to better grasp the ever elusive philosophies and ancient wisdoms of the East.

Thank you Richard for putting all of these resources together. You put into words what we already knew but could not verbalize or see.

After many years of striving and seeking for some other place and space of higher consciousness I’ve come full stop. By utilizing the experiments, reading the articles, watching the videos on this app I have had a profound realization that what I have been looking for all along is what is doing the looking. Try for yourself! Its easy and fun! i’ve never been able to say that about my spiritual practices in the past. They’ve all been quite serious work and always felt like an effort. It’s quite a relief to let that go and simply breathe into the conscious awareness that I am here where I have always been and always will be while everything out there constantly changes. As you will see from the experiments this is not an intellectual idea. It is an experience. Enjoy!

This app has everything you need to become Headless! You can do the experiments, get reminders during the day (fave), read or listen to excerpts from books, listen to meditations, watch videos, it’s ALL HERE FOR FREE! Anyone wanting to ‘wake up’ needs to experience The Headless Way, it will knock your socks (I mean Head) off!! 💕

After working with the Headless Way for about six months, I can say, with great delight that I have come to see that I am the person that I’ve always wanted to be. This app is priceless!

Yes some of the video resources are quite old and thank goodness for those. The quality back in the day just not what it is now! The new meditations that have been recently added to the upgraded version of this app are absolutely fabulous. The best thing is it’s all free! Although some good headess way resources are available on the Waking Up app, this app is totally free and offers excellent opportunities to anybody interested in pursuing the Headless Way. Don’t hesitate to join the Headless Way zoom meetings too! They are fabulous. There is a great world wide community.
