This brilliant app just goes from strength to strength. The newly added meditations are beautiful, genuine and deeply insightful.

This app is a great way to remind yourself of who you really are through the practice of The Headless Way. For those who’ve not come across this approach, it is a remarkably simple and straightforward way of really getting non dualism and ultimately finding out who you are at centre first hand through simple practices or experiments. I’ve followed a meditation practice for many years and also read many books around Buddhism and non-duality but this is the first time I felt a real shift from conceptual understanding to actually seeing it for myself. If you’re open minded enough to try the experiments you might find like me that The Headless Way is less about pointing you in the right direction as it about taking you there directly. I felt like all previous approaches either took me to the door or circled around it (usually quite cryptically) - The Headless Way on the other hand took me straight in and showed me exactly what I was looking for in the most simple way. I think I had built up an expectation of what waking up, Enlightenment or whatever name you want to give it would look like or feel like and I realise now that in a way that may have been a barrier to seeing what has been here all along. A truly amazing approach and one that continues to baffle, amaze and ultimately benefit me personally in all my relationships (including with myself) in equal measure. Well done Richard for sharing this approach with the world and for keeping Douglas Harding’s teachings alive and fresh so that others may benefit from it and in turn share it with others. I had been hitting my head against the wall of ‘looking for the self’ for a long time but the simple and straightforward experiments, quotes, book extracts, talks and all the other wealth of insights on this app has been a game change. As soon as is saw this way was rubber stamped by Sam Harris and how much these methods are used on his app (waking up) , I had to go to the source and find out more! Love it, Thanks

This App is really beyond my wildest dreams. I wholeheartedly congratulate my dear friend Richard Lang for this and to him and/or whomever created it. Probably the most accessible method to discover the boundless, interconnected state that is consciousness. You might feel a little silly a first. Then it dawns. You realise the 1st person perspective. You see that it’s as valid as the 2nd and 3rd person perspectives we are used to. Then something astonishing happens: sheer joy. You wake up as the light of awareness, your natural state.
