The Insider는 스릴 넘치는 추격액션물로 모종의 비리를 알아채고 그 내용을 세상에 공개하고자 하는 내부고발자의 이야기를 담고 있다.
내부조직의 비리를 고발하고자 하는 정아는 조직의 핵심 비리파일을 가지고 탈출하게 되고 조력자의 도움을 받아 세상에 그 비리를 공개하려고 한다. 조직 내에서 정아를 막기 위한 추격자들을 보내게 되고 정아는 생명의 위협을 받게 된다. 과연 정아는 추격자들을 따돌리고 세상에 그 비리를 공개할 수 있을 것인가?
당신은 스토리 내 이동수단, 행동, 경로 등을 능동적으로 선택하여 스토리를 진행시키게 되며 그에 따라 다양한 결말을 맞이할 수 있다.
"군 정보부에서 일하고 있던 강정아 대위는 무기도입과 관련된 비리가 있음을 발견하고 상부에 보고한다. 하지만 보고는 묵살되고 좌천될 위기에 처한다.
강대위는 추적 끝에 박장군이 배후에 있음을 알아내고 박장군의 사무실에 침입해 무기도입 비리에 관련된 기밀서류파일이든 USB를 빼내는데 성공한다.
이를 눈치챈 박장군은 강대위가 가진 USB를 되찾기 위해 용병들을 투입한다.
강대위는 USB에 담긴 비리사실을 외부에 알리기 위해 알고 지내던 해커와 접촉하는데..."
