「軍情報部で働いていたカン·ジョンア大尉は武器導入と関連した不正があることを発見し、上部に報告する。 しかし、報告は黙殺され、左遷される危機に処する。
姜対策委は追跡の末、朴将軍が背後にいることを突き止め、朴将軍の事務室に侵入して武器導入不正に関連した機密書類ファイルであれUSBを取り出すのに成功する。
これに気づいたパク将軍は、カン大尉が持っているUSBを取り戻すために傭兵を投入する。
姜対策委はUSBに入った不正事実を外部に知らせるため、知り合いのハッカーと接触するが…..."
