I have an iPhone 12 - every time I try and add my card to wallet it tries to action the request and then nothing - no error but no progress. Also have a red notification alert but it says no notifications when I check!

Very clunky, tried to modify a reservation on iPhone 14, but it kept crashing, or not giving me alternative date/time when the one I’d chosen was unavailable. Ended up cancelling existing booking and making a new booking.

Consistently excellent

When tapping on the icon to add to apple wallet, it states it’s loading and then does not add despite removing app, downloading and reset of phone, customer service at The Ivy less than helpful when I raised this, advice was to do what I have been trying to achieve!! Please fix.

Great app love the restaurants

Makes it a bit pointless having the app. And how is the rating 4.5 star when most of the ratings are 1 star?

Very annoying but can’t add the loyalty card to my Apple wallet when I click on the “add to wallet” button. Why is this not working please?

Tried booking a table on the 21st Sept. App only showing a table available at 9:30??? No other times available.

Always excellent, friendly and professional service and delicious food options whether breakfast, lunch or dinner!
