To access all features and content you can subscribe to The KM Method on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

My core is great full for this studio !
The unique thing about the KM method is that Kaila teaches us so much about form & our bodies, it isn’t just a workout . I continually look forward to my early afternoon Pilates time. Learning proper form, is so important and it’s something I’ve struggled with, causing injuries etc, my core is so strong and my body is so much better off. I really feel that im doing a private session with Kaila, she really connected to her clients. She so honest and very relatable. I would recommend this studio to anyone wanting to get into Pilates
What’s Not to Love?
I’ve been loving the Km Method app for a few months now and Kaila is an awesome pilates instructor! So many different types of classes to try and it’s nice how convenient it is if you’re busy or just have less time to get active. It almost feels like you’re right there in the same room with her. Such a great way to stay in shape!! :)
Love this Pilates app
I love everything about this Pilates app. I love the fact that the app has a wide selection of videos to choose from. Depending on how I feel, I love how I can choose the the duration, the ability to include props and the choice of slower meditative movements or more of an intense workout.
My favourite movement platform
I am so grateful everyday for The KM Method💛these workouts challenge me in the best way possible. There are different class options for ANY mood I am feeling. I feel grounded, strong, and proud after completing a session with Kaila. I have never been so in tune with my bodies movement while working out.

SO WELL DONE AND FUNCTIONING
Firstly, the layout of the app is so well done and intuitive that instead of getting on there and giving up from overwhelm, the workout type and duration are laid out so perfectly that I can make the selection quick and happily before I can talk myself out of it lol The video quality is create and the workouts are THE BEST. I love doing Kaila’s workouts, her descriptions of moving your body are so in touch and she answers your question as you think it (re posture instructions etc). She’s the best and soooo fun and funny that it takes the boringness out of working out. HIGHLY suggest Kailas workouts/KM method.

The KM Method is hands down my favourite movement app. Kaila has curated such an amazing online studio with tons of insanely effective workouts and I have seen such beautiful results not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Each routine is so thoughtfully put together and it feels like she’s right there with you. Kaila has make working out fun again and something I look forward to everyday. I encourage anyone who is looking for a new way to move their bodies and check it out!! You won’t regret it.
