iPad version is fine. iPhone gives errors when trying to open app

I’ve been a subscriber for over 15 years. The last several years I noticed a much more reckless attitude toward their recommendations. I have tried to cancel and be refunded but they said “NO”. Very disappointed and after losing over 100K due to my acting on their recommendations. Just stick with an S&P 500 index fund.

I have been using this app for nearly a year and have been conversed by “offer” to buy expensive packages which I thought I had purchased with my $300 account. Trying to cancel the auto renewal is proving difficult as well. Steer away!

You’d have to be an actual idiot to subscribe to a service that equated nvidia to the Black Death just prior to nvidia increasing in value by 300%+.

The app makes it hard to find the basic information users want to read, such as information about the companies recommended. Also, when opening articles in the news section, the wrong article gets opened. Finally, the UI is ugly, not user friendly, and difficult to use.

I have always been able to access my Motley Fool subscription on my phone and my iPad. Lately I cannot access my Motley Fool app on my phone only on my iPad. It does not matter if I sign in on my phone or not, it is very frustrating and it has just started this since the last update. I have deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled the app on my phone and it still doesn’t work. It only works on my iPad.

All they do is ask for more money to provide you tips. The initial payment doesn’t provide much.

There is no way to make the fonts smaller… the app loads with too large fonts …
