I added money as I have previously and on the instant games every time I’d won and was cashing out it crashed then ended the game with zero. I spoke to multiple people on the team about it all incompetent and unable to understand the simple premise of a win as appose to a loss. I no longer use them for anything due to the lack of customer service and this ‘glitch’ that very much worked in their favour! No refund offered and as I said completely unable to comprehend what happened or maybe they just didn’t want to! Uninstalled as there are enough scammers out there!

I know you’ve got to be “in it to win it” But it feels like a con. You loose more money than you win. And of all the chances to hit where there are many of one prize It somehow manages to hit the one minuscule bit where there is a lower tier prize. Save your money and don’t bother playing this You’ll sink more money than you’ll ever win on this. The national lottery is a scam.

Since latest update I can’t use the app as it can not recognise that I am in the UK. Has full access to my location and work perfectly previously and I have not moved. It seems it is not just me so please sort it out asap.

I play the app regularly but one problem is you can’t play lucky dips (hotpicks) euro or lotto on the app but you can online. I did get in touch to ask the question but pretty much fobbed off the same as when I asked a longtime ago. When I play the app recently it sometimes plays similar to when online and I get a message come up asking why not play on the app! The app you can only play 5 lines! Online unlimited? Thought the app is supposed to be the best way off playing it but seems not?

Just updated. Camera to scan ticket seems bugged. Wouldn’t focus then progressively got whiter and whiter and whiter to the point it was just a white screen.

I’m trying to sign in but keep getting a messsge that I am outside the uk and Idle of Man, which I’m not. Can’t seem to resolve it?

Since getting the iPhone 15 Pro Max I have been unable to scan tickets. The camera opens and is out of focus, no tapping on the screen does not do anything. I deleted and reinstalled the app and now the camera opens and the brightness is so high everything looks bright and washed out. It’s been like this since I got the phone in November and no, my phone isn’t fully as I use the phone to shoot pro videos.

Please please please can you update the app to reduce the font sizing, when I go on the website, the font is so much smaller and better laid out, no need for everything to be so big in the app. Viewing tickets & results seems to be better presented on the web page as well. Also, there’s a white line at the top of the app, a slight design error I’d say but it’s not been rectified for so long now. Other than these couple of things, the app is great, very handy to quickly check results and buy tickets!

I was using this app for a long time and had no problems until bought new IPhone 15 pro. It doesn’t scan QR code, sometimes screen goes bright white and can’t even see a ticket.

This app is just another small window that leads honest people into the atrocious, unethical and utterly despicable world of the gambling industry. It may be dressed up as a ‘national’ sponsored outfit, but the National Lottery is as gutter-ridden as any other gambling outfit. They’re out for your cash - plain and simple. With these people, though, you stand almost no chance. There is no skill or judgment involved. Just astronomical odds. But the cost of a punt keeps rising, whilst the chance of winning gets slimmer and slimmer. This company is a disgrace. Everyone associated with this app - it’s development, it’s delivery, it’s marketing, is complicit in contributing nothing but toxicity to society. They profit from from the vulnerable. They prey on hope. What utter, utter scum. They are Maggots.
